Toyo Model UN Virtual Conference 3.0 will have two (2) house committees for the conference itself. These house committees are:
INTERNATIONAL ATOMIC ENERGY AGENCY (IAEA)
The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) is widely known as the world's "Atoms for Peace and Development" organization within the United Nations family.
Set up in 1957 as the world's centre for cooperation in the nuclear field, the IAEA works with its Member States and multiple partners worldwide to promote the safe, secure and peaceful use of nuclear technologies. The IAEA offers challenging assignments in a stimulating multicultural workplace. It has around 2,500 staff members from over 100 countries with expertise in a variety of scientific, technical, managerial and professional disciplines. Most staff members work at the Agency's headquarters in Vienna, Austria.
UNITED NATIONS OFFICE ON DRUGS AND CRIMES
The United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) is a global leader in the fight against illicit drugs and international crime, in addition to being responsible for implementing the United Nations lead program on terrorism. Established in 1997, UNODC has approximately 3000 staff members worldwide. Its headquarters are in Vienna and it operates 20 field offices, as well as liaison offices in New York and Brussels.
These two (2) house committees will be simultaneously conducted on two (2) different conference rooms. Delegations or state members vary from house committees. This means that there is no equal number of delegates per house committee. Detailed information regarding these two house committees will soon be released.
